  1. NISTTime is a  program that sets the Macintosh system clock with
  2. the atomic clock at the National Institute of Standards and
  3. Technology in Boulder, Colorado.  A 20 second phone call is placed to
  4. their Automated Computer Time Service (ACTS) to retrieve the time.
  5. A Hayes compatible modem is needed to establish communications
  6. with ACTS.
