NISTTime is a program that sets the Macintosh system clock with
the atomic clock at the National Institute of Standards and
Technology in Boulder, Colorado. A 20 second phone call is placed to
their Automated Computer Time Service (ACTS) to retrieve the time.
A Hayes compatible modem is needed to establish communications
with ACTS.
